Vojood Group Sàrl places great importance on protecting your personal data. This policy explains what data we process when you use the vojood.ch website, for what purposes, on what basis, and what your rights are. It complies with the revised Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP) and its ordinance (DPO). Where the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies (e.g. visitors from the EU), we comply with it as well.

/ Data we process
Depending on how you use the site, we may process:
- Contact data that you send us via the form (name, email address, the content of your message).
- Technical data generated automatically when you browse the site (IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, date and time), collected by our host for operational and security purposes.
- Browsing data related to cookies and similar technologies (see the “Cookies” section).

- respond to your requests and manage the pre-contractual and contractual relationship;
- ensure the operation, security and improvement of the site;
- comply with our legal obligations.
/ Basis for processing
We process your data on the basis of your consent (in particular for non-essential cookies), the performance of pre-contractual measures or a contract, compliance with legal obligations, and our legitimate interest in operating and securing the site. In accordance with the nFADP, data processing is lawful where it respects the principles of good faith, purpose and proportionality.
/ Recipients and processors
We use service providers (processors) that process certain data on our behalf, with due regard for confidentiality and security:
- Vercel Inc. (United States) — site hosting and technical logs;
- Web3Forms — delivery of messages sent via the contact form;
- Google / YouTube — playback of videos embedded on the site.
/ Transfer of data abroad
Some of these providers are located abroad, in particular in the United States. Where data is transferred to a country whose legislation does not ensure an adequate level of protection within the meaning of the nFADP, we ensure that appropriate safeguards (in particular standard contractual clauses) are in place to protect your data.
/ Retention period
We keep your data for as long as necessary for the purposes described above, and then for the period required by our legal obligations. Messages sent via the form are kept for as long as necessary to handle your request and any relationship that may result from it.
/ Cookies and similar technologies
A cookie is a small file placed on your device. We use:
- strictly necessary cookies for the operation of the site and to remember your preferences (including your choice regarding cookies);
- third-party cookies that may be placed by embedded YouTube videos when you view them.
On your first visit, a banner lets you accept or refuse non-essential cookies. You can change your choice at any time via the “Manage cookies” link at the bottom of the page, or by configuring your browser. To date, the site does not use audience-measurement or advertising tools.
/ Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or use. However, no transmission of data over the Internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
/ Your rights
In accordance with the nFADP, you have, in particular, the following rights:
- right of access to your data;
- right to rectification of inaccurate data;
- right to erasure or to restriction of processing;
- right to object to processing and to withdraw your consent at any time;
- right to the release or transfer of your data (portability).
To exercise these rights, write to us at info@vojood.ch. We may ask you for proof of identity in order to prevent any disclosure to an unauthorised third party.
