Parlez-vous Vaudois ?
Contexte
The BCV (Banque Cantonale Vaudoise) partnered with Vojood for a new campaign to create a social media series format that would be engaging and resonate across all generations. BCV’s goal was to further establish an image of closeness with the residents of the Canton of Vaud. Through a series of videos, the idea was to inspire Vaudois people to comment, like, and share content that reflects the cantonal identity, its typical speech, slang, and expressions.

The result? Sixteen vox pop videos produced by Vojood and directed by Nightcall Studio, adapted into 9×16 and 16×9 formats for Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube distribution. Hosting the series were Mathias Thalmann and CĂ©dric from  @çajoueoubien.ch, known for their love of wordplay and the Swiss Romand dialect. These influencers roamed the streets of Lausanne to quiz locals on the region’s characteristic words and expressions.

Designed as impactful organic content, the videos were shared on BCV’s channels between January 2023 and December 2024, then amplified as ads to attract a new local audience with catchy hooks and a distinct visual identity.

The campaign was also awarded a CUBE in the CREATION category at the 2024 Meilleur du Web awards.
