The “Rejoignez-nous” program – which could be translated to “Join us” – of the BCV (Banque Cantonale Vaudoise) aims to train women wishing to return to work after a break in their career, for example due to maternity, to follow their husband or for a professional reorientation.


To increase awareness of this program, BCV wanted to communicate on social networks via a traditional brand content campaign, as well as with an influencer campaign.


The campaign, which ran from August 19 to 30, 2021, also aimed to increase the number of applications and work on the bank’s brand image.


In total, Vojood designed 22 different visuals for the ad campaign, which ran in different formats on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.


As for the influencer campaign, no less than 20 female influencers based in French-speaking Switzerland agreed to participate in the campaign. Via Instagram stories, they communicated in a totally free way about the program.
